Your Shopping Basket is empty.

If your basket has unexpectedly emptied it could be that your internet browser is set to disallow sessions.
CLICK HERE to find out whether or not sessions are allowed in your browser - this will open in a pop up window so you may need to authorise your browser to open the pop up via the message at the top of the screen.

A session, unlike a cookie, does not write anything to your hard disc but just holds the details of your order until you complete your purchase - then the session is ended. To amend the security settings if using Internet Explorer select TOOLS from the menubar and then INTERNET OPTIONS. In the dialog box click on the PRIVACY tab and check what the slider is set to. If it is set to BLOCK ALL COOKIES this will also disable sessions. Slide it to medium high and our shopping basket should then retain your purchases. You may have to close down your browser and reopen it for this to take effect.

If you are still having problems select TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS again. Go back to the privacy tab but this time click the ADVANCED button. Select the “Tools” option from your browser’s menu and then choose “Internet Options” (opens a new window). . Choose the "Override automatic cookie handling" option and then choose "Always allow session cookies" option. Click "OK" followed by "Apply" to save your new settings.
