Stock items

We will normally dispatch the next day for orders received before noon. In all cases where the product is in stock, we guarantee your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

If a map is temporarily out of stock your order will be dispatched as soon as the map becomes available usually within 10 working days.

If a map is out of stock at Ordnance Survey we will advise you of this by email and ask you to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

If a compass is temporarily out of stock your order will be dispatched as soon as the compass arrives in stock usually within 10 working days.

Non – stock items are ordered from each publisher or supplier on a weekly basis.
The delivery times indicated below are the time it normally takes us to obtain these items from the publisher or supplier.

Overseas maps - order dispatched within 14 working days

AA books - order dispatched within 14 working days

If any of the above items are out of stock with the publisher or supplier and we are unable to deliver within the timescale indicated we will advise you of this by email and ask you to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
