Hope Digital Returns Policy

Standard Returns Policy (excluding OS Select mapping)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will either replace the goods or issue a full refund for the price paid by you.

OS Select Returns Policy

When you purchase a site-centred OS Select map the area of coverage you see on screen is the area we print.
We therefore ask that you check and double check the area you see on screen carefully as once the map is printed it can not be returned because you have chosen the wrong area.

We will however accept returns of OS Select maps where the product:

1. is faulty or defective, that is, it contains an error which impairs the normal use of the product as determined by Hope Digital in its reasonable opinion. 
2. is damaged in transit due to poor packing by Hope Digital.

To return an item, please wrap it securely and give us the reason for the return so that we can improve our service. Make sure that your name, address and if possible original order details are listed so that we can either replace the goods or issue a credit card refund.
