Hope Digital Returns Policy
When you purchase a customised site-centred Aqua3 map from Hope Digital, the area of coverage you see on screen is the area we print.
We therefore ask that you check and double check the area you see on screen carefully as once the map is printed it cannot be returned if you have chosen the wrong area.
We will however accept returns of Aqua3 customised maps where the product:
- is faulty or defective, that is, it contains an error which impairs the normal use of the product as determined by Hope Digital in its reasonable opinion.
- is damaged in transit due to poor packing by Hope Digital.
To return an item, please wrap it securely and give us the reason for the return so that we can improve our service. Make sure that your name, address and if possible original order details are listed so that we can either replace the goods or issue a credit card refund.

I am able to say that having tried most of the 'waterproof' map protections on the market I much prefer the Aqua3. This map has paid for itself ten times over and is still in good condition.
