Tell us where you start and finish. Add places or OS grid references you pass through if useful.
They do not follow footpaths or calculate walking distance.

How This Works
If you upload a GPX file
Aqua3 checks the complete GPX route, works out its full geographical extent and calculates the centre needed for the map. The GPX file is read in your browser and is not stored by Aqua3.
If you use place names
Aqua3 knows where the places you enter are, but it does not know which footpaths you will follow between them. It therefore treats this as an estimated map area and automatically allows extra surrounding mapping.
Add via places when useful
If your walk goes well away from the direct area between start and finish, add one or more places that the walk passes through. This gives a better estimate of the map area you need.
Long or narrow routes
If one conventional map is not a good fit at your chosen scale, Aqua3 can divide the coverage into two or three horizontal or vertical strips. This can keep the useful walking detail instead of automatically changing to a smaller-scale map.
Check the map before ordering
The suggested centre opens in the normal Aqua3 map creator. Check that the mapping covers the route area you intend to use before placing your order.
